The one-time website build fee and RM360/year Hosting & Essential Management are separate. Domain registration is charged separately at provider cost. For example, Starter begins at RM1,159 plus domain for the first year. Your quotation confirms any applicable taxes and approved extras before payment.

Business adds a more customised branded layout, advanced enquiry or quotation form, Google Analytics and Search Console setup, sitemap submission, suitable structured data, stronger calls to action, performance optimisation, two revision rounds and 30-day technical defect support. It is designed for a stronger customer journey, beyond the additional pages.

Landing is approximately 5–7 working days, Starter 1–2 weeks and Business 2–3 weeks after the deposit and required content are received. Corporate and Custom schedules depend on the agreed scope. Timely feedback and content affect delivery.

Yes. Your business domain remains under your ownership, preferably registered using your own details and account. WEB HOUSE can assist with setup and connection without taking ownership of your domain. Registration and renewal are charged separately at provider cost.

Hosting & Essential Management keeps the website operational within the agreed scope. Content changes, redesigns, new sections and new functionality are quoted based on the requested work. The plan does not include an open-ended editing service.

Your core business information, logo, available images, services and contact details. We help organise these with a content checklist. Full copywriting, photography, paid images and substantial content preparation are separately quoted.

Landing includes 7 days, Starter 14 days, and Business and Corporate 30 days of technical defect support after launch. This covers defects against the agreed build scope. Annual technical management and content updates are separate services; the same work is not billed twice.

Basic SEO helps search engines understand your content and discover your pages. Search positions depend on competition, content, authority and other factors. Indexing, rankings, traffic and sales are not guaranteed, and ongoing SEO campaigns are not part of the standard build.

Clear ownership and handover terms are agreed before development begins. You retain your domain and supplied business content. Standard packages are managed websites under an agreed licence; source code, repositories, editable project files and an editing dashboard are not included. Any different technical handover arrangement must be agreed in writing before work begins.

These are discussed under Custom Solution. We first assess the features, integrations, payments, security and ongoing support required. We only quote implementation when the proposed scope can be supported; acceptance is not automatic.

Ordinary renewal does not charge the original build fee again. Hosting & Essential Management is currently RM360/year, with domain renewal separate. If you leave, your domain remains yours and the agreed content/data handover applies. Another provider may need to rebuild the website if a source-file transfer was not included in your agreement.
