Domain registration and renewal
Your domain is charged separately at provider cost, based on the selected name, extension and provider. Registration offers and renewal prices can differ. We confirm the actual amount before purchase. Your business remains the domain holder, preferably through your own details and account.
Hosting & Essential Management — RM360/year
Includes website hosting, HTTPS/SSL management, basic uptime management, deployment management, backup management where applicable, basic technical assistance and renewal administration.
The website build fee is paid once; annual renewals cover hosting and essential management.
Website maintenance and content changes
Hosting and technical management keep the website operational. Replacing text or images, adding sections, redesigning pages and adding functionality are separate requests. Website updates are quoted based on the requested work before changes begin.

How your quotation works

- You receive the pages, features, exclusions, revisions, timeline and full cost breakdown.
- Agree the quotation and terms before the 50% build deposit. The next 30% follows written design approval; the final 20% follows final approval before launch.
Domain and annual service payments have separate agreed dates. A new requirement is discussed and priced before it becomes extra work.

No. Landing starts at RM599 for the build, plus RM360/year Hosting & Essential Management and a separately priced domain. That is from RM959 plus domain, before any applicable taxes or approved extras.
Can a small business start with one page?
Yes. If your services, business introduction and contact information fit a single clear journey, Landing may be enough. Starter provides separate pages; Business adds deeper brand, search and enquiry setup.
Why is Business more than Starter?
Business adds branded layout work, an advanced enquiry form, Analytics and Search Console setup, sitemap submission, appropriate structured data, performance optimisation, stronger calls to action, more revisions and a longer technical defect support period.
Does SEO setup guarantee enquiries?
No. SEO foundations help discovery and understanding, but indexing, rankings, traffic and enquiries depend on many factors. No sales or ranking result is guaranteed.
Can I use my existing domain?
Usually, subject to confirming your access and the required connection. You keep ownership; any transfer or renewal cost is explained first.
