The 50% build deposit and required content allow work to start. Domain and annual services have separate agreed payment dates.

Review a working preview. Written design approval triggers the next 30% of the build fee.
We complete the included revision rounds and check mobile layouts, links, forms and key website journeys.
Following final approval, the remaining 20% of the build fee is due before launch.
We connect your domain, complete launch checks and provide the website address and agreed handover record.
Your package includes 7, 14 or 30 days of technical defect support after launch. Custom support is agreed in the quotation.
Continue with Hosting & Essential Management and request content updates as needed. Additional work is quoted before it begins.
These percentages apply to the one-time build fee. Annual management and approved third-party purchases have separate amounts and due dates in the quotation.
Your business domain remains under your ownership. WEB HOUSE can assist with setup and connection without taking ownership of your domain.
Your domain account and recovery details stay with you. At launch you receive the customer handover record.
